If When How: Lawyering for Reproductive Justice

This student organization was created to encompass and further the principles of: Empowerment, Equality, Diversity, Dignity and Autonomy.

The goal of If When How: Lawyering for Reproductive Justice is to integrate reproductive rights law and justice (RRLJ) into legal education, to further scholarly discourse and to increase learning opportunities. If When How trains and mobilizes law students and new lawyers across the country to foster legal expertise and support for the realization of reproductive justice.

If When How believes that Reproductive Justice will exist when all people can exercise the rights and access the resources they need to thrive and to decide if, when, and how to create and sustain their families with dignity, free from discrimination, coercion, or violence.
