Please join the Center for International & Comparative Law and the Wefel Center for Employment Law for a presentation by Prof. Miriam Cherry. 

Platform work spans multiple jurisdictions, and these jurisdictions are headed toward divergent regulatory approaches. This talk will cover platform-related choice of law and conflicts of law issues in California and the EU.

As crowdwork becomes increasingly separate from national boundaries, this talk will contemplate how to address the regulatory challenges presented.
