CLE: "Implications of the 14th Amendment"

As part of the Midwest Black Law Student Association Regional Convention, SLU LAW's Joel K. Goldstein, Vincent C. Immel Professor of Law, will give a presentation about the 14th Amendment.

The 14th Amendment is the cornerstone of landmark civil rights legislation and the foundation for numerous federal court decisions protecting fundamental rights. In this program, Professor Joel K. Goldstein will discuss the legacy of the 14th Amendment and how it affects today's legal landscape.
