Re-entering Wireless Credentials

  • In the bottom right corner of your desktop, in the System Tray, right-click on your wireless network icon (This should look like a computer screen with three waves coming out).
  • Click on Repair.
  • When it has finished repairing, you should see a balloon in the bottom right of your desktop which reads "Click here to select a certificate or other credentials for connection to the network slunet". Click on the balloon.
  • For the "User name" field, type your SLU e-mail without @slu.edu.
  • For the "Password" field, type in your 6-digit Banner PIN.
  • Leave the "Logon domain" field blank. Click OK.

You should be connected to the wireless network. If the Certificate balloon reappears, then you've most likely entered the wrong password. Not sure what it is? Try logging into Banner here. The password you use to login to Banner is the same as the password for your wireless connection.

Still not connected?

After verifying all the above steps, please stop by the ITS Help Desk located in the main law school computer lab, room 246.
