Susie Lee was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. She is the baby of the family with two older siblings, so she says that she has always been spoiled due to her father and husband. That also means that she is too old to stop now.
Ms. Lee started at Saint Louis University on October 31, 1983 working as a Word Processing Operator from 1983 until 1988 in the Communication’s Processing Center in DuBourg Hall. She then transferred to Saint Louis University School of Law in 1988 and since has been at the university for 30 years and 8 months.
She received her Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in 2007 from the School for Professional Studies in Computer Science with a minor in Information Systems.
On Friday, July 25th, she will be celebrating her 27th wedding anniversary with her high school sweet heart, Capice.
When not working at SLU LAW, Ms. Lee's favorite thing to do is spend time with her husband and two girls. They are the love of her life and she cherishes every moment she has with them. Together, they enjoy movie nights, game nights and competing for bragging rights at the bowling alley.
Ms. Lee also likes to plant flowers in her yard during May, either the weekend of or right after Mother’s Day, and watch them grow throughout the summer. She loves looking at a house with manicured flowers and finds taking care of her flowers very relaxing.
