Gifts to the Law Library

Donating Book or other Gifts-In-Kind to the Omer Poos Law Library

In some instances, the library may choose not to accept the gift for various reasons.  Some reasons are the age and condition of the book, whether the book is part of the library's collection policy, or others at the discretion of the library.  If the gift does not meet our needs, we may be able to refer you to other potential recipients.

The library will issue a letter acknowledging the quantity and type of materials donated.  Any gift-in-kind becomes the property of the law library, and donors should be aware that the final disposition of the gift is in the library's discretion.
