About the Vincent C. Immel Law Library

Welcome to the Vincent C. Immel Law Library at Saint Louis University School of Law. Immel Library is the primary research destination for the Law School, and serves the rest of the SLU community as well. The library is located on the 5th and 6th floors of Scott Hall at 100 North Tucker Boulevard in St. Louis, Missouri. In addition to the print materials at the Library, many of the resources and services are available online.

Mission Statement

Saint Louis University’s Vincent C. Immel Law Library supports and promotes the research, scholarship, and educational activities of the students, faculty, and staff of the School of Law. The Law Library supports the legal information needs of the greater Saint Louis University community and members of the St. Louis community at large. In accordance with the mission of Saint Louis University and the School of Law, the Law Library adheres to the Jesuit tradition of academic excellence, freedom of inquiry, and respect for individual differences.
