General Issue

The Journal’s General issue publishes a collection of the best unsolicited articles it receives over the course of the past year. True to its name, the General issue adheres to no specific theme, spanning topics across the legal spectrum. This variety creates a resource from which scholars and practitioners from diverse legal areas can draw. The Journal is currently accepting articles on all areas of law for our General Issue.
