You will need to fill out the order form for identification purposes, regardless of whether or not you order a package. You may pay by cash, check or any major credit card. The checks should be made payable to Nottingham Photography. You must select a time that will be suitable for you to have your photo taken. A sign-up sheet will be available on the door of the Copy Room Monday, Feb. 18 through Friday, Feb. 22 ONLY. Individual photos ordered will be available starting Monday, Apr. 21 in the Office of Student Services. The class composite orders can be picked up the week of May 12 prior to graduation. The cost to purchase the cap, gown, tassel and hood is $70.01 which can be paid by cash, check or credit card. Please make your check payable to Saint Louis University Barnes & Noble Bookstore. Announcements Announcements for both ceremonies will be available to you at no charge. As a graduate, you will receive 10 announcements each of both the Hooding Ceremony and the University Commencement. You may pick up your announcements at your time slot during Regalia Days. Although there is a limit to the amount of announcements you will receive, you may invite as many guests as you like. Career Services Exit Information As part of the ABA reporting requirements, the School of Law asks all graduating students their employment status. March 14 By March 4, graduates will receive the following information from the Office of Student Services via e-mail. Students have until March 14 to make any corrections on the following information: Note: If you do not receive this information via e-mail by March 4, contact Registrar Felisha McCaster (Room 101, mccaster@slu.edu or 977-2769). Diploma Holds The University Registrar will place a hold on an academic record and will not release official transcripts for students who owe tuition, library fines, traffic fines or health services fees. All debts must be cleared one week prior to graduation at the very latest. Such a hold means we are unable to release the final transcript or any student information or certify graduation to state bars or employers. Bar Certifications All bar certification forms should be given to the School of Law Registrar for completion except for the Missouri Bar. The Missouri Board of Law Examiners will automatically notify the School of Law Registrar. Students who plan to sit for the Missouri Bar or any other state bar must have a final transcript sent from the School of Law Registrar. Once all grades have been posted for all classes, graduates will receive an e-mail from the School of Law Registrar indicating when they should request their official transcript to send to the state bar. Grades will be entered at different times, some students will have all grades posted before others. It is imperative that you do not request your final transcript until you receive notification from the Registrar. The “degree awarded” and the “date the degree was awarded” must be posted to your final transcript (without this posting, the state bars will not accept the transcript as an official transcript). Students who need to be certified for other state bars should leave the proper certification form with the School of Law Registrar or request in writing that a certification letter be sent. Please remember that the School of Law Registrar can never request or send transcripts without your consent. You, the student, are the only one who can request transcripts from the University. You may request your transcript in Banner (log on to Banner Self-Service, Select: Student Resources and Financial Services, Select: Student Records, and Request a Transcript) or you may use the hard copy Transcript Request Form and return the completed form to the Office of Student Services.
