The Center for Health Law Studies provides not only a top-rated Health Law education, but gives our students friendships, relationships and connections that last well beyond graduation.

There is a tremendous amount for us to offer. Six full-time faculty members chart the course of students' education. Their passion for the field of Health Law and its diverse sub-specialties translates into a rigorous and supportive climate for learning the law.

And, support isn't limited to a professor's office. At the Saint Louis University School of Law, Health Law students bolster and encourage each other to excel as they launch careers into this highly coveted specialty. Students, who come to Saint Louis University School of Law and specifically the Center for Health Law, reap the rewards of a supportive and enriching community amidst a large, fast-paced metropolitan setting. St. Louis is home to multiple, large health care facilities, institutions and agencies. Through these organizations, Health Law students are exposed to practical experience, networking and career opportunities during their law school career.

The city of Saint Louis offers its citizens all of the amenities of a large city, but has retained the hospitable personality of its midwestern location. The Center for Health Law is located within the School of Law, located amidst the stunning undergraduate campus of Saint Louis University. The University is within walking distance of the handsome, historic Fox Theater and a short drive from downtown St. Louis. The St. Louis Arch towers above the city. Sports enthusiasts can visit Busch Stadium–home of the St. Louis Cardinals, the Trans World Dome–home of the Superbowl Champion St. Louis Rams or the Scottrade Center–home of the NHL's St. Louis Blues. A bit of history is available at the Anheuser-Busch Brewery. The St. Louis Galleria and Plaza Frontenac provide unparalleled shopping. Forest Park is home to the St. Louis Zoo, Art Museum and History Museum. The Central West End, within two miles of campus, is famous for its eclectic atmosphere, stores and sidewalk cafes.
