What area of health law most interests you and why? Health care litigation is the area of health law that most interests me because I enjoy the fast pace of litigation.
What do you hope to achieve through the study and/or practice of health law? I hope to become a partner in a large law firm.
What has been your favorite health law class and why? My favorite health law class was the ERISA Seminar because it was challenging, and the professors posed many hypothetical questions based on their practices.
What is your favorite thing about SLU’s health law program? My favorite thing about SLU’s health law program is the faculty because the professors are dedicated to the success of their students.
Who was the best speaker you’ve heard speak, what did they speak on, and why where they the best? I enjoyed Professor Pamela Bucy’s presentation on health care fraud because it revealed why the health care industry is particularly susceptible to fraud.
