III. LAW SCHOOL PREMISES

  1. Bulletin Boards

Bulletin boards are located throughout the law school. Several boards are specifically designated for certain purposes such as Career Services, notices of writing competitions and awards and student organization information.

Other bulletin boards are available for general use by members of the law school community; notices of items for sale other than related to the study of law are not permitted. Only items approved by the Interim Associate Dean of Students may be posted. Any item placed on any bulletin board should contain sufficient information to identify the person or organization sponsoring the announced service, sale or event. A telephone number, name of organization or name of individual is sufficient identification. Posters without such information will be removed.

Posting is not permitted on woodwork, doors or walls. Scotch tape, duct tape and staples may not be used to post material.

Please note: Outside groups or businesses and individual students with flyers or other informational items for the entire student body or for a significant number of students are asked to place these items in a box or table near the mailboxes or in the main lobby for students to take voluntarily. Any outside group wishing to post notices must obtain permission from the Interim Associate Dean of Students before posting.
