1. Immunization
   
   All incoming students are required to submit an Immunization Record to Student Health and Counseling by August 1 of their first academic year. Student Health and Counseling is located in Marchetti Towers East, 3518 Laclede Avenue. Students with questions should call 977-2323. The student immunization record can be found on-line at http://www.slu.edu/services/stuhcc/immunizations.html. Student immunization records must include the following:
   
   
   • Tuberculosis screening test taken within the past 12 months;
     
   • Tetanus Diphtheria taken within the past ten years;
     
   • Two measles or one MMR and one measles;\
     
   • Mumps or MMR combined; and
     
   • Rubella or MMR combined,
     
   • Hepatitis B immunization is strongly recommended.
