Refund Policy

Students who matriculate, pay the assessed tuition and then withdraw from the School of Law may be refunded a portion of the tuition paid. For the fall/spring semester, a student may withdraw up to the end of the second week of classes and be refunded 100% of the tuition charge; up to the end of the third week of classes will be refunded 90%; up to the end of the fourth week of classes will be refunded 80%; and, up to the end of the fifth week of classes will be refunded 70%. At the beginning of the sixth week of classes, no tuition will be refunded.

Students who drop classes during the fall/spring semester and do not withdraw from the School may only receive a 100% refund in the difference in tuition costs during the first 2 weeks of classes. At the beginning of the third week of classes, there will be no tuition refunds for changing enrollment and dropping classes.

For the summer semester, a student may withdraw up to the end of the first week of classes and be refunded 100% of the tuition charge; up to the end of the second week of classes will be refunded 80%; and up to the end of the third week of classes will be refunded 60%.
