Budget Cost of attendance helps the Office of Student Financial Services determine the amount of financial aid each student is eligible to receive; the Office of Student Financial Services determines a cost of attendance for each academic program. The cost of attendance is our estimation of what it could cost a student to live and go to school for the Fall and Spring semesters. The cost of attendance budget is for the individual student, not for a family.

Summer Semester Summer has its own academic period and budget. Students can receive financial aid for the summer semester as long as they are enrolled in at least 3 credit hours. Students who are not enrolled for the summer semester cannot receive financial aid. Financial aid for the summer semester may include Federal Stafford loans, a Graduate PLUS loan or a private/alternative loan. Summer aid applications are available in April for the upcoming summer semester. Special Circumstances If a major change occurs in your financial situation, you may submit a written request to the School of Law Financial Aid Office to review your financial aid eligibility. Documentation of expenses will be required with the written request before any changes will be reviewed. Contact the Law School Financial Aid Office for more information. |
