Assistant Professor of Law

Professor Wilson received her B.A. from Wesleyan University, her Master’s in Psychology and Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Virginia School of Arts and Sciences and her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she was editor-in-chief of the Virginia Journal of Social Policy and the Law and senior editor of the Virginia Environmental Law Journal. Her articles have been published in the Journal of Legislation, the Fordham Environmental Law Journal and the American Journal of Criminal Law. Professor Wilson’s scholarship focuses on the intersection of behavioral science and the law — specifically, behavioral law and economics, legal decision making and psychology and social policy.
