Assistant Professor of Legal Writing

Jacqueline Kutnik-Bauder received her B.A. from the University of California at Davis and her J.D./M.S.W. from Washington University Schools of Law and Social Work. She brings over nine years experience in civil rights, criminal, administrative and appellate litigation, and has written and presented CLE materials through the Missouri Bar on topics addressing educational law and children with disabilities.
