Amany Ragab Hacking Faculty Listing

Professor Amany Ragab Hacking graduated cum laude from Saint Louis University School of Law, and served as a law clerk to the Honorable Mary K. Hoff of the Missouri Court of the Appeals, Eastern District. She subsequently practiced at two law firms in St. Louis focusing on complex civil litigation and appellate advocacy. While in private practice she received the David J. Dixon award for excellence in appellate advocacy from the Missouri Bar Foundation.

For five years Professor Hacking served as a law clerk to the Honorable Booker T. Shaw of the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District. She also taught graduate and undergraduate students at Webster University. During law school, Ms. Hacking was the Managing Editor of the Saint Louis University Law Journal and pursued a Certificate in International and Comparative Law, as well as her Masters degree in Public Administration. Professor Hacking joined the SLU LAW faculty in 2007. She teaches Lawyering Practice and Judicial Ethics and Court Procedure in the Legal Clinics Program. She also teaches an Islamic Law Seminar and is a member of the Center for International and Comparative Law.
