State Judicial Selection Series: The Case for Partisan Elections

Chris Bonneau, professor of political science at the University of Pittsburgh, is being hosted by the SLU LAW Federalist Society to present his argument for partisan judicial elections as the preferred method for selecting state judges. He will also compare and contrast the various other methods for state judicial selection including our own Missouri Plan.
