'MO Court Plan Mo’ Problems: The Problems with the Missouri Plan for State Court Judicial Selection'
Thursday, April 13, 2017 - 12:00pm
Professor Michael O'Shea of Oklahoma City University School of Law joins us to discuss the Missouri Plan and its problems. Join us for a critical examination of a process that too often many individuals, especially in Missouri, simply assume to be the best way to select judges.
Dean Emeritus Wolff will be providing commentary following Professor O’Shea’s discussion.
Professor O'Shea is an honors graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Law who served as a law clerk to Chief Judge Danny J. Boggs of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and to Judge John R. Gibson of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
Sponsored by The Federalist Society. Lunch will be served.
