CICL Public Lecture by Distinguished International Jurist Lech Garlicki

Please join the Center of International and Comparative Law for a public lecture by Visiting International Jurist, Lech Garlicki. Garlicki is an impressive Polish jurist who has served on both the Constitutional Court of Poland and the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg. His primary teaching and research interests focus on constitution al law, judicial review, European law, comparative law, human rights, and comparative government. He has been teaching at various world-class university in recent years and will teach a 2-credit course on human rights for SLU LAW during the second half of Spring 2017. 

Garlicki will speak on constitutional rights in regards to same-sex marriage.
