Corporate Law General Advice In addition to the core courses listed below, the following courses are recommended in preparation for a career in corporate practice: Corporate Tax, Health Care Finance and Business Planning, Insurance, Regulated Industries, Administrative Law, Labor Law, Environmental Law, Secured Transactions and Bankruptcy. Students interested in Corporate Law should also consider a concentration in Business Transactions. Specific Courses/Frequency of Offering

Clinics (2-3 hrs.) (schedule arranged with supervising instructor)
Sequencing of Courses Business Associations is a prerequisite for Corporate Finance and Advanced Corporate Issues, and is a recommended second year course. Civil Practice is a pre- or co-requisite for the Clinics. |
