Salim Awad

Undergraduate degree: Intelligence Studies, American Military University

The opportunity to receive a superior legal education is what drew Salim to Saint Louis University School of Law. And the chance to interact with such "a great number of bright minds" is what he values most about attending law school at the University.
When he began law school, Salim admits that he didn't anticipate that most lawyers would truly have a passion for justice.
"The University excels at teaching good lawyering," explains Salim, who plans to practice as a trial attorney. He adds that the School of Law has offered him great, hands-on experience through its Legal Clinics, where students represent clients in court, prosecute criminal cases and serve as clerks for judges.
