LSAT-LSDAS

LSAT

All applicants must take the Law School Admission Test (LSAT) and register for the Law School Data Assembly Service (LSDAS). To ensure the School of Law application is completed in a timely manner, applicants should take the LSAT no later than December, although February results are accepted. We encourage applicants to complete the admissions process as early as possible. An early application often results in an early decision. If you take the LSAT more than once, the Admissions committee will review the circumstances of each test and will place more weight on an applicant’s highest score. Saint Louis University School of Law accepts scores no more than three (3) years after the test was taken. The LSAT is administered four times each admission cycle in June, October, December and February. Registration for the LSAT and LSDAS can be done via the Internet (www.lsac.org) or by obtaining a copy of the Information and Registration Book from Law Services (215) 968-1001.

LSDAS

The LSDAS report contains a summary of each applicant’s academic work, a copy of college transcript(s) and the results of the LSAT. Applicants are encouraged to register with Law Services in early fall and should ask their college registrars to mail transcript(s) from all undergraduate institutions attended to Law Services as soon as they are available. After the School of Law receives an application, the Admissions Office requests the LSAT/LSDAS report from Law Services. This report will not be sent to the School of Law until the applicant has taken the LSAT and Law Services has received all the transcripts required from the applicant’s previous institution(s).
