Brentwood is in close proximity to major highways and offers both affordable and luxury housing options. Like its neighbor Clayton, Brentwood offers a large selection of shopping, restaurants and entertainment.
The Central West End is eclectic and charming with a mix of restaurants, antique shops, art galleries and bars. A mix of students and professionals live here and the housing options include condos, townhomes, apartments and new construction.
One of St. Louis ' most upscale dining and shopping districts, Clayton has a variety of rental property including high-rise condos and apartments. A portion of Clayton has a large student population and depending on the area, housing is relatively affordable.
Dogtown is one of the more affordable neighborhoods in the city, and offers convenient access to Highway 64/40 and easy access to Forest Park.
Downtown offers fine dining, rich and varied nightlife and world-class cultural attractions. There is a mix of luxury apartments, traditional apartments and loft spaces from which to choose and prices may vary.
Lafayette Square, located just south of downtown, is a registered "National Historic District," and boasts a variety of restaurants and newly renovated apartments and homes.
Midtown living puts you in walking distance of campus, the Fox Theater, renovated apartments, lofts and an array of restaurants and bars. Richmond Heights is one of the more affordable areas in St. Louis, and offers a more residential feel, while still being close to the shopping hub on Brentwood Avenue. There is easy access to Highways 64/40 and Highway 44 or to Forest Park.
Pubs, breweries, unique eateries - Soulard has it all. A bustling community near the Anheuser-Busch brewery and a hop, skip and a jump from Busch Stadium and downtown. This is the spot many young professionals and students call home.
The Grand/South Grand area has a mix of ethnic and eclectic retailers and restaurants. Tower Grove Park and the Missouri Botanical Garden are all within the immediate vicinity. This area provides affordable housing and easy access to SLU hospitals.
Many of the city's more unique ethnic restaurants are located here, including an array of shopping and entertaiment around the "Loop." University City provides affordable rental housing to many students and young adults.
