The NLRB prefers students who have completed their second year of law school, have had labor and/or employment law courses, are in the top third of their class, and have had lae clerk, law journal, or moot court experience. The NLRB selects students without regard to race, color, sex, age, national origin, marital status, politics, or any other non-merit factor. |
