Job Description: |
Responsible for case analysis, and preparation and management of all litigation affecting Company. Management of caseload and outside Legal Counsel. Effectively interface with internal management team. Report directly to the CEO. |
Qualifications: |
Must have 15+ yrs. of experience, including litigation, transaction and corporate governance, preferably within the construction industry. Previous Corporate legal experience is a plus. Prior supervisory responsibility of legal staff. JD Degree required. Must be a dynamic, hands-on, extremely well-organized leader of legal issues. Must be self-motivated and results-oriented. Must have exceptional communication skills in highly visible position. Must have impeccable integrity and reputation that complements the success and credibility of HBE. |
Salary: |
Salary commensurate with experience. Compensation and benefits package includes employee stock options and profit-sharing. |
