The Litigation Attorney will be responsible for providing litigation services, transactional and legal research, and for advising the Company of legal rights and responsibilities regarding client matters; will keep current on changes in the law by reviewing available legal information and attending Continuing Legal Education sessions. Only those candidates with a can-do, will-do attitude and who meet the requirements listed above should apply. Candidates must have a stable work history and a motivation and drive to succeed in an ever changing business environment.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess the following: • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school • License to practice law in Missouri and / or Kansas, preferably both (must be active and in good standing) • 5+ years litigation experience • Experience utilizing Westlaw or other relational databases • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills • Professional demeanor; and excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Previous experience in or familiarity with real estate law is strongly preferred. The candidate selected for this position may work from the firm’s St. Louis, MO or Kansas City, KS office; either option is open for discussion.

Salary:

Salary will be commensurate with the amount of relevant experience.
