Job Description:

The position is a non-paid position; however, prior student volunteers have received a stipend through their law school or received credit hours for their work. The Student Volunteer Service Program provides educationally related practical work experience and on-the-job training. After observing the processing of both representation and unfair labor practice cases, the student volunteer will process cases under the supervision of an attorney.
